Ryan Lee began his Real Estate journey through a personal experience with his parents many years ago. Instead of buying a HDB resale flat, they were making a decision to upgrade and purchase a new condominium. On signing their purchase agreement and writing the cheque, his dad was a little apprehensive and had second thoughts, the deal was sealed after his mom gave his dad a nudge and said “just do it.” They made a jittery property upgrade decision, however the capital appreciation over time gave them a strong sense of security and confidence.
As a successful Real Estate salesperson in Singapore, he does not think that an agent is just a salesperson. They are armed with skills, knowledge but also a matchmaker. He tried his bestto differentiate himself from others, the reasons why people look for him is not solely just to find a house, but a HOME – it’s a feeling, not just a property. It marks the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Having a few properties himself, he understands that there are lots of considerations when it comes to buying or investing in a property, his knowledge on market pricing and advice, each plays an important role. With that, he wants to provide confidence & assurance that his parents never had to his clients when they buy or sell their property.
Ryan’s core belief is in finding the right home for the right person whether they are interested in a new launch, landed house or a resale property. He emphasizes in “Building Relationships, One Home at a Time” ; he learns and understands the needs of each individual client. His priority is to ensure his clients have a peace of mind when he takes care of the processes for them. Being proactive and efficient with timely market updates research and analysis to derive the best options based on his client’s requirements.
Ryan has big aspirations; Real Estate is after all the world’s most expensive investment instrument. He wants to change the experience people have with property – by creating hassle-free & smooth transactions, be it for buying, selling or renting. Ryan wants to inspire those who are keen to create a meaningful & sustainable career in the industry, groom them to grow & lead a team of associates of their own.
Ryan is people oriented and enjoys meeting people. Real Estate has provided him with a lot of opportunities to work with developers on upcoming developments and new launches worldwide, and he is grateful for that. The highlight of his career is not just seeing the financial growth, but the sense of fulfilment he gets from helping his client choose the right home. Ryan brings his utmost sincerity each time and has gained the trust of his clients. Clients expressed their gratitude and feedback to him, these are part of his driving force to constantly upgrade himself to serve them better.
Apart from his full-time commitment to Real Estate, Ryan is passionate about fitness, he is a certified Personal Trainer as well as a Spinning Instructor, this is his way of striking a balance and de-stress.
