Hi! I am Ryan. Today for our developer’s new launch series, I am going to review the next upcoming new launch EC called the Copen Grand. This is a very highly anticipated EC because it is the first EC in the Tengah smart and sustainable town. The EC is also given the BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Award.
Copen Grand EC is a joint venture between CDL and MCL Land. Both developers are reputable and have good track records in Singapore. We have a total of 639 units consisting of 2 plus study , 3 bedroom , 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom layout. Main bulk being the popular 3 bedroom layout. There are a total of 12 blocks, 14 storeys high, located in district 24 along Tengah Garden Walk. The estimated vacant possession (TOP date) is Dec 2027. It has a land area of up to 237,000 sqft. The builder is by Woh Hup and Architect is ADDP.
Sprawling over 700 hectares of land, Copen Grand is located next to existing towns of Jurong East, Jurong West, Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Batok. It is a brand new town to cater for the next 42,000 new homes. It is a first car free town with designated cycling and walking paths on all roads. It also has a centralised cooling system and pneumatic waste conveyance system.

Tengah Town is split into 5 different district namely Garden District / Park District / Plantation District / Forest Hill District and Brick Land District. Greenery landscaping will be the main highlight going around Tengah Town.
Copen Grand EC is located in the Garden district and it is only a 5 minutes walk to upcoming Tengah MRT station, Hong Kah Station and Tengah Plantation MRT. It is well connected to the other mrt lines as well. A short MRT ride will take you to Jurong Lake District where live, work and play are all in one place, not forgetting the upcoming Jurong Innovation District an advanced manufacturing hub that aims to provide a conducive environment for tech innovations where innovators, researchers and creators can come together for partnerships.
For parents looking for schools, Copen Grand EC is within 2km radius to Shuqun Primary Schoool and Princess Elizabeth Primary School. For retail shopping, you are only a short drive away to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options like JEM, Westgate and IMM

Looking at the latest site plan, all units are of a good distance away minimally 20 meters, true north-south orientation for all blocks, no west sun for any of the units. The clubhouse and other facilities look really amazing, Copen Grand EC is definitely not comprising on the finishings and qualities, it is really premium for the price that you are going to pay for.
